The weight and dumbbell set features chrome-plated steel bars with quick-action spring collars (for the barbell), non-slip textured grips, and knurled star-shaped threaded caps (for the dumbbell bars) for secure attachment of the weight plates. The weight plates are made of a robust polyethylene shell. They can be combined in different ways depending on the training goals.
